Overview
What Blast does.
Sending a million messages is a queueing problem, not a sending problem. Blast uses durable RabbitMQ queues so nothing is lost on restart, atomic Redis rate limiting so downstream providers are not overrun, and exponential-backoff retries for the ones that fail.
